Through the "Green Captain" Summer programme, we will educate and empower young children to build sustainable lifestyles from an early age and encourage them to take the initiative to alleviate the impact of climate change. By fostering sustainable habits and disaster preparedness, we will help safeguard our communities against the growing threats posed by our changing climate and empower our future generation to act for humanity in their daily lives.
In the programme, the “Captains” will complete around 15 green habit tasks in the “Green Charter,” which cover four aspects, including “personal,” “family,” “indoor,” and “outdoor.” This exercise is to help develop their green lifestyles through practicing green habits on a regular basis.

Green Transformation
“Green Transformation” aims to arouse participants' awareness of environmental protection by encouraging them to unleash their creativity to recycle and re-create a new piece of garment. Participants are required to transform at least one piece of old garment and upcycle it into a unique fashion piece (children's clothing); or use materials with eco-friendly elements combined with old clothing to create new children's clothing. The re-create should be centered around environmental friendliness, with no restrictions on themes. The judging panel will select about 10 winners to showcase their clothes on the day of the event.
